Cancellation Policy — 5th & Fox

At 5th & Fox, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order with:

  • Full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Email address

Once we receive your request, our team will check the current status of your order.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to receive the order and request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be initiated after the cancellation is confirmed.

For prepaid orders, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment provider.

The time taken for a refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Due to Product Availability

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order because of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
